I feel that when I do see a doctor there is a lack of concern and I get brushed off.

I am very sorry that you feel that the care delivered by the GP's lacks concern. I can assure you that this would not be intentional. If you would like to contact me directly I can look into your particular concerns.
Secondly, I appreciate that it can be frustrating when trying to book an appointment, however we are constantly reviewing our processes to access ways of improving our system.
