Good service

It’s a good GP surgery and I am happy with them. They are very helpful and they will send you to hospital when necessary. They also do free circumcision unlike some other GPs.

When you phone up no one is polite and wait over 20 minutes after appointment

Get appointments same day or quite soon, reception really helpful, doctors are good and the nurse/healthcare assistants. Only problem when prescription doesn't go straight to pharmacy.
Difficult to get an appointment

Difficult to get appointments. Get fobbed off by doctors. Given medicine that I'm not happy with. I have told doctors that the medicine (steroids) not working and have had a reaction. Doctor still wrote out a prescription for steroids. Eczema is getting worse

Always get appointments, great attitude and advice. They text 2 days before appointment as a reminder.
