I attended Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre with an elbow injury. I was treated as expected. There was a long queue at 8am but I was satisfied with the waiting times and treatment received. Having something at Solihull Hospital is fabulous.

Great service when you cannot access your GP

I accessed a GP appointment at Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre via NHS 111 who sent me a link. I was able to book an appointment with ease for that day. The doctor was good and I was seen on time.
