Difficult to make appointments

Really difficult to make appointments. There are no online slots available at all. When I call they keep saying there are no appointments available. That's the reason I haven't been there for two years. When I have been there there are good. I understand it's a very busy centre.

I just came from a blood test and she was nice and gentle. It's not too bad to make appointments there.
They're alright

They're alright but you have to be persistent with them. They don't just take your word for it. My daughters eczema hasn't got any better even though they said she would grow out of it.
Any problems, I go to them

Any problems, I go to them. I have skin problems and they give good advice. The only concern is it takes a long time to get an appointment and get through to them.

Sometimes it's easy to get appointments but I don't use them that often unless I need antibiotics. They are good there as a service and the staff. They listen and they're kind.

My GP is very helpful and I can get appointments easily.

The whole team is very good. I can get appointments but not all the time which lets the service down very much.
Unhelpful and doesn't listen

I have been going every month with my daughter as she has had a cough and a problem with her chest. The GP is not helpful and doesn't help me. Doesn't help me at all.

You have to spend ages on the phone in order to get an appointment. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.
