Very helpful and listen to me

It's easy to get an appointment, no long waits and I can see the same GP. They listen to me and are very helpful.

They were calm and when I went in for an appointment, they were calm too. Doctors were good and nice and I felt listened to.

The service is good. I book appointments online and get them in time. They treat me well. I get medication when I need it. My friend comes with me to translate for me.

They're average as it's difficult to get an appointment and they don't call you back for telephone appointments when booked in. They communicate well though.

I would only give them 5 out of 10 as it's so difficult to get appointments. Some of the doctors are super rude. They over medicate too.

Very difficult to get an appointment, and then they run late. They always tell us to go to the pharmacy and don't give us medication. The GP is very poor.
I wouldn't change anything

Apart from difficulties in making appointments everything is convincing. I wouldn't change anything in their services but some days it's difficult to book appointments.

The service has not been good. I have had just one check up in the last year. I didn't get any blood test results and there is a lack of communication.
