Very good and polite too

Very good with urgent appointments. GP is great and listens. They give good advice and are accommodating. The receptionist is very polite too.
Took me off their list

The took me off the list as I hadn't been for a long time. I didn't know they could do that.
Told me it would get better

I took my son to the GP three times and they didn't listen when he had chicken pox for 15 days. They said it would go away but it got worse and he ended up in hospital.

Took the feedback on board

The last few times has been easier but normally they say to call again in a few days. They do an online form but many people can't or don't use it. People complained about it and they took their feedback on board I think.
Hard to get appointments

Here it's hard to get a GP appointment and I get different doctors. Hard to get appointments for my child too.
No hope in getting an appointment

No hope in making appointments. Have to fill in forms and then a week later you might get an appointment.
Can't call to order medication

Booking appointments is okay. The only problem is they don't allow me to order medication over the phone and I have to go in and then they are late and do not send to the pharmacy. They don't reply to emails from the hospital about her medication either.
Listened to me carefully

I booked another appointment and that time I met a different doctor. He was so nice he listened to me carefully, gave me medications as well as advice. He also gave me lotions for my condition. So I feel how can one doctor say no which was said previously.
Put me on medication for acne

First appointment I had was with the doctor. I went for acne he gave me some antibiotics but they did not work. He said I need to wait and again he put me on medicine. I asked for something else as well and he said he could not do anything for that.
