They have a pharmacy that I used. I asked about a skin condition on my hands and they signposted me onto the GP who gave me an appointment for February. They are usually very good at getting medication and telling me what is what.

I have not been to the GP in about two years. It was always difficult to get appointments.

Most of the time we are seen by a junior locum doctors. They don't have any clue about our medical history.

Apart from the receptionist the doctors and nurses are great. The reception team is very rude and unhelpful.

It is very hard to get appointments even when you are in severe pain.

Very difficult to get an appointment and you can't see your own GP. It's the locum GP all the time.

Phone lines are always too busy, and run out before you get anywhere. Online appears to be geared up for paid services only. If you call in at reception, they tell you to phone or go online. Pointless being registered at this practice. Used to be good, friendly and approachable. Not so now. Avoid.

I think they're very good. They have more choice and are very good.

They are very good. I have a chronic illness and they have given me open access and I can get an appointment with my own GP easily.

Since covid it's gone bad. It is not just me there are more people that are unhappy with this GP practice. Difficulty is with appointments. You phone and no one ever answers. 8:05am and it's "everything's finished" Receptionist ask about what the appointment is for. It's personal, I am not telling a receptionist what is wrong. My friends feels the same.
