Coming here since last 10 years, its okay to use. there are good consultants.

Knee replacement 12 months check up 14 months later, didn’t want to miss it only running 5 minutes late. They were all really nice. I was sick after anaesthesia but they were really nice.

I had to go to Heartlands as I felt my hip had become dislodged. They got in touch with the Orthopaedics as I had had my hip replaced before. That hospital was superb.

Hip operation – tickety boo, 5 days I was out. I couldn’t wait to get out. I didn’t like the food. The staff was fantastic, Just the chef needs sacking.

Not easy to get here, parking isn't good. Everyone's been lovely and the appointments are sent in a timely manner.

It's always been fine. The appointments were cancelled during covid but that was expected. They also communicate in advance about appointments.

I was meant to go to Solihull hospital on a referral, but they closed the department down and didn't communicate that. So I got in contact with the GP to see why it had taken 2 years and what was happening, and they referred me to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The Queen Elizabeth Hospital referred me to here because they were so busy. My first appointment was straight forward. I had scan's done privately previously, so things were pretty quick.

Very clean hospital. Far too many staff at clinics hanging about, not enough on wards can’t get help when ring call bell. 95% don’t speak good English. Hard to understand them, need rapid improvement or shall not be employed.

For insoles lovely. I like going to the hospital. Have to wait a long time to see a doctor, was quite a while actually. Doctors have been good and communicated well.

Woodlands Hydrotherapy Pool. I only went there few times but I enjoyed it. Need more access to transport.
