I was referred by my GP because they wanted to know that I am fit enough for the hip operation. The assessment was carried out by an excellent doctor. He explained everything and engaged very well with us.
Staff are kind and helpful.

It's very good. Everybody who has dealt with me has been very kind and helpful.
They won't do an operation.

The hospital does not want to operate on older people. I have red patches on my leg, but they didn't take it seriously. They won't do an operation on my hips, as they think on might die on the bed. They said I might get an infection, that is why they wont accept older people.
Hard to park.

It is hard to get a parking space at this hospital.

I was referred here for my arthritis treatment. I was provided the latest therapy and medication which improved my condition a lot.

I went here for hip surgery and the staff are amazing. It's a very good hospital.

I go for injections on my knees. They are really good. It's helped but now I feel like it's worn off and the doctors used to send me there again. I did go a couple of weeks ago so I will wait.
The operation went okay.

My mom had a knee operation. The op was fine, she had a bit of delirium. The leg didn't go as straight as it should have but operation went okay. It's didn't go too bad.
Treatment here is fabulous

There is no colour in the hospital. I like colours. There is no interaction with a person. No water machines. The treatment here was good. It was fabulous. The consultant was brilliant and he should be commended for his work.
They would make sure I am seen.

QE referred me onto the Royal Orthopaedic. They sent letters to my old address and ended up missing my appointment. I looked at the app and saw that I had one today. I called up and asked for a letter to be sent out but they said it wouldn't come in time. They just said to come up and I will be seen. It all seems alright.
