Amazing staff

I regularly go there for hydrotherapy. The staff are amazing and it has helped me a lot.

My dad had both of his knees replaced over there. The care was excellent.

Consultant's communication has been good. There is an unfortunate 1 years wait for the appointments though.
Efficiently run hospital

Imaging, the wards, oncology have all been excellent and provide an efficient service throughout the hospital.
Covid caused appointment delays

I'm seen every 6 months now. Before it was 3 months. All appointments run on time at oncology. the only time things changed was covid when my 6 monthly appointments became 12 months and I had to call them to chase them. So it caused a delay in appointments.
They couldn't do anymore to help.
Ward 3

I came in on a Monday morning for the operation and was an inpatient on ward 3 for a week. The food was excellent. The staff, doctors and nurses on the ward were brilliant. They couldn't do more to help. It was all very good.
Cannot fault them

I had plastic surgery on my knee after amputation. They had to remove stitches and make sure all was okay. Everything was on time and okay. From diagnosis to amputation they were brilliant. I cannot fault them.
Fantastic staff

It's fine. The only thing is parking. It can be a nightmare. You have to get here at least an hour earlier to get a space. If you time it wrong you wont get one. The treatment has all been absolutely brilliant. From the consultants to the nurses, to all the other staff. All are fantastic.
Can't say a bad word about anything here

I have been coming here for a few months as I woke up one morning and had pain in my left hip, they are still investigating it. The staff are brilliant. I can't say a bad word about them or anything at the hospital.
