All staff were caring and compassionate about ensuring I was looked after, despite work load and time, pressure I was never made to feel I was getting anything but the best from everyone. Thank you.
Noise on the ward can impact on sleeping and recovery. If noise cannot be controlled then closing doors or other measures need to be put into place. Understaffing has an obvious effect on pressure placed on staff, burnout is likely unless this is addrerssed.
