Royal Orthopaedic Hospital

I've been coming to the hospital for a long time, every 6 months for the past 13 years. Sometimes I have had to wait a long time but the referral process was pretty straight forward.

It's been okay, the staff are great.

After a telephone conversation with my GP they referred me to two hospital to get a scans for the muscle in my leg, but they both produced not very good images. I was then referred to the ROH where the referral process has taken around 2 months, but I have seen other services in between that time. I think the referral process has been smooth. I am here today for a clinic so I can ask questions about my condition.

The staff are excellent, the referral process from my doctors to the hospital was pretty straight forward too.

My visit has been fine today. From being referred from my doctor to todays visit, was not a long process at all.

All was very good and helpful. Appointment was on time.

Every thing is fine, no complains. Every thing is organized and clean. I am guided well and every think is explained clearly. Every thing is good and I am satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic. I have been treated well. They give me earlier appointments and see me well by introducing themselves. They treat me with respect and dignity and think about my needs and help me in best possible way.

I have been coming here since last 40 years. All good and I never had a bad experience. Its always good & friendly. It has changed a lot over the years, its improved a lot.

All been great no problem at all. All staff was kind and helpful and they were doing their job. Excellent appointment process, I feel I have been treated well.
