A mixed experience
I would say my experience has been 50/50. The online form does not give you the opportunity to write what is needed. I filled in the online form for ongoing pain in my shoulder but the online system cancelled my request to see a doctor and put me on a mental health pathway, which was not needed. I contacted the surgery and this error was sorted but I still had a battle to get a doctors appointment and they told me that if I could not wait for a non-urgent appointment that I needed to go the minor injuries or to A&E. I have been trying to get an appointment to see a doctor since October and I am only now being seen in late January.
