Midwife referred me quickly

The midwife is very friendly and kind. She has been very thorough and referred me quickly for a hospital appointment.
They don't listen to their patients.

The doctors do not listen to their patients and my husband's medical condition got worse as a result. They refused to respond on time and it affected his health for the rest of his life. (high blood pressure).
They tell you to call 111.

They only have two doctors and they always tell you to call 111. They are not answering calls which leads to a very bad experience and I had to change my GP.
I get an appointment. They are good.

Good. They give me appointments. I don't have to wait too long for them to answer and I can always get an appointment with who I want to see for that day.

Waiting on the phone for long time, would get one, but would end up changing appointments.

They were fine, they were okay. I could always get an appointment with them but I didn't use them that much.
They are very good.

They ask for feedback in the surgery about our experience. I've not had any issues with them as they are very good.
Hard to make appointments whilst working

I phone at 8am, they don't have appointments so phone again. The advanced appointments were easier, they used to offer that a long time ago. I ask for a call back from a prescriber. Trying to make an appointment whilst working is impossible.
They don't answer

I had a couple of experiences of my surgery due to get an appointment and they say ring in the morning to get an appointment but they don’t answer.

Haven’t been able to see them in 2 years. Struggle to get booked in when really poorly. Hard to get an appointment.
