The doctors are very good, I can tell them anything, appointments get changed on short notice and i don't like these delays as i have learning disability.

Im constantly getting messed about by brain dead receptionists here. They’re constantly tell me to call back 3/4x and there is never an appointment slot available.

The Drs are lovely the few times I've been there. They're not great with mental health, but I'm yet to find a GP who is. The only thing which annoys me is every time I call for an appointment I'm told something different by what seems to be different people. Once I was told I can call and booked appointments in advance, then I called and was told that I couldn't do this and that I had to call 8 am or 1 pm. So the next time I called at 7:55 am and was told the appointments that day were prebooked and therefore were fully booked unless an emergency...

I could not get reception to understand I had been sent out of hospital with one week of tablets and needed more. They could not offer me an appointment before the tablets would run out. I kept being told to try tomorrow until I was so fed up I registered at another GP

If I walk in anytime they see you or give you advice on the phone
