Relatively easy to get appointments

Relatively easy to get appointments, if I can't get a GP appointment, I can see the nurse. The reception staff are good.

Can get appointments quickly

Sometimes it can take 10 to 20 minutes to get on them on the phone but other than that it's quite quick and they will do a same day booking. I have a lump in my neck and they made an appointment quickly.
They save a lot of time

Good. They have changed quite a lot. They text me saying to send my blood pressure reading to the GP which saves a lot of time.

Excellent treatment and care provided by my GP. He has always referred me to the relevant service straight away.

They're pretty good and they will see my son face to face. The only thing is the early times you have to call up at 8am to book an appointment. They could improve the booking system as it can be difficult. But you do get same day appointments.

Struggle to get appointments and rushed

My elderly mother struggles to get appointments at 8AM. She has gone in physically to get one, however the queues are too long and the appointments are all gone by the time it gets to her approaching reception. Trying again the next day has the same outcome. When we do get an appointment there isn't enough time to discuss all the issues so feel rushed.
