Welcoming and polite staff

I had to come for some blood tests. Once I checked myself in and sat down I was in and done within 10 minutes. The phlebotomy was lovely, very friendly and reassuring.

The only issue is that it is difficult to make any appointment, and I have to wait at least a week time.

Received text to book an appointment. When I hadn't they called me to arrange over the phone. I did have a short wait to be seen but very friendly nurse. Happy with the service.

The Nurse was a bit challenging about me being on statins insisting it was because if my blood results. In fact I was called unsolicited by the Practise to suggest, due to my age, I went on statins. But told it was totally my choice. Had the Nurse read my notes before I arrived she might have been better informed. I felt she was making assumptions about me based on my size.

I went for one rather unpleasant testing procedure. The medicinal person was very patient and kind. She tried to do the procedure as quickly and comfortably as she can

Initiated by CGMP. Friendly objective session with useful discussion. Appreciated the setting up of follow up appointment with chosen doctor.

Usually it's very good. We sometimes have to wait for an appointment for up to 2 weeks but it's really good.
