I had a health check first lovely nurse I'd got a problem with my eye reception got me an appointment the doctor i saw was so nice really please excellent service

An excellent annual review by a practice nurse who suggested I make an appointment with a Dr about something she wasn't sure about. I saw a Dr later and after an examination was told all is well. A lovely nurse and equally a lovely Dr. Both very thorough.

The practitioner explained what the appointment was for and what she was doing. I felt relaxed and able to ask questions. Very nice person .

Everything is good except the wait.

Everything is good apart from waiting to see a GP when you are in the surgery. Today my appointment was at 10:30AM and now it's 11:10AM and I have not yet been called in to see the GP.

I can get appointments and the GPs are very helpful. Reception staff have got excellent customer service skills.
