The check in process is very easy and gives clear instruction. The practice is spotlessly clean and bright lit. Lovely modern yet uncomplicated service.

I had a health check first lovely nurse I'd got a problem with my eye reception got me an appointment the doctor i saw was so nice really please excellent service

An excellent annual review by a practice nurse who suggested I make an appointment with a Dr about something she wasn't sure about. I saw a Dr later and after an examination was told all is well. A lovely nurse and equally a lovely Dr. Both very thorough.

Everything is good except the wait.

Everything is good apart from waiting to see a GP when you are in the surgery. Today my appointment was at 10:30AM and now it's 11:10AM and I have not yet been called in to see the GP.
