Can’t get an appointment with them. It’s pointless you ring and then you have to use a walk in center.

If calling told to go online or phone. I wrote weeks ago and told only dealing with one ill so choose one. I am autistic 71 years old with a lifetime of ill health mental and physical topped off with ongoing, 25 years of insomnia etc. I need actual help

Useless can't get appointment to see doctor, waited a year when I had a deadly cancer, in the end I had to see a male nurse, who got me an immediate appointment at the hospital.

Had my covid vaccines, staff pleasant and efficient, never felt a thing.

Painful, never get an appointment in 10 years. Either suffer or call 111.

Good experience with Dr who always listens and very polite. Helpful Receptionists and a clean practice. Great service received and always updated with information and test results given on time.

With this GP I can never get appointments on the same day when I need them. When I call I am just told there are no available appointments regardless of the urgency. The appointments are offered at a later date and by than the medical issue may have been resolved. It’s hard to get past the receptionists, and I don’t want to talk to a GP over the phone. I often end up going to A&E instead and this should not be happening. I have complex medical issues so when I need urgent care I should be able to get a GP appointment. I also prefer to see the same doctor each time, as I feel she is more knowledgeable.

Refusal of medication, lack of doctor appointments and new patients don't receive any support.
I am a new patient and I have yet to see a doctor after 6 weeks of registering. I moved doctors due to moving closer to them. I have had to make a complaint before receiving an appointment and resolving my medication issue.
