They're okay. They have appointments and see me when I book with them. It may not be the same day but they do see you. They give good advice.
Always try to fit you in

Good doctors and nice nurses. The receptionists are good too. It's not difficult to book an appointment either. You may not get in the same day but they will try and fit you in.
They really listen

I always see the same doctor and they're very nice in there. It is easy to make appointments and they really listen to you.

I don't know how these people are allowed to be doctors.
Gave me a wrong medication and when I went back the doctor was laughing.

They're pretty good. I always get appointments whenever I need to.
Good when I eventually get to see them.

I am still not able to get in contact with them as easily as I would like but they are good when I do eventually get to see them.
Hard to get an appointment.

It's hard to get an appointment. Everything after 9:00am is gone and you can't get an appointment. Sometimes I call and can get one for the next day.

I have only seen my GP a few times but my experience has been good.

Very good, phone or face to face appointment offered. Can sometimes get same day appointment otherwise next day appointment. Staff are fine. GP referred me to Heartlands hospital for cardiology.
