The ward was like New Street station
January 9, 2024
It was okay, from a staff point of view they were brilliant. They do their best. The ward was like New Street Station. Lots of people on phones, busy and loud. It wasn't where I wanted to be. I couldn't have my husband with me as it night time but as I'd had a c section I didn't want to keep bothering them but I ended up discharging myself the next day. The care was good, I just wanted to be at home.
The care was okay.
