The staff are great, really helpful. Everything is fine. The parking is difficult as you can never get a space. We had to park at QE and walk around and my sister in law is due tomorrow.

I'm being honest with you, every time I come here it feels like home. The environment feels like home. There is always someone around to give directions as I do worry about getting lost. It's very good.

The waiting time at the diabetes department could be better. I have waited 4 hours with no prior notice of the waiting times. It is always 2, 3 or 4 hours. Never has it been 1 hour wait. Everything else has been good. The staff are friendly, empathetic, professional. It really is the waiting times that need improving.
