Made me feel relaxed

I came last week and they were good. Made me feel relaxed. It took three months for the appointment. There wasn't a rush as I wasn't in any pain. The staff have been sound, polite and all that.

They didn't send me the appointments details

Dentist referred me 2 years ago. They said I had already been given an appointment in October 2025 but I never received one so there is a lack of communication. They did sort one for today for me.

Efficient and quick today

They have been good today. Efficient and I was seen quickly. They have arranged a follow up too to sort my tooth.

Love coming here

They're really good. The person who is a student looks after me well. He explains things and talks to me. The dentist then comes and checks so that the correct support is being done. I am here for new dentures with the metal plate. Also having a new front false tooth. I love coming here as it's good.

Better communication needed

Messaged them to say I had noticed a change in my mouth and they didn't note it down. It's hard understanding what the letters are for. I was expecting my teeth out on last appointment but now I'm having to have another assessment and I don't understand. Better communication is needed.

Couldn't take my tooth out

The tablets I have to take are rotting my bones so I need to go for a bone scan as the dentist couldn't take a tooth out.
