Well organised. Waiting time is okay. Blood tests are over an hour however. The facilities and the staff are good.

I have been here twice and it is hard to find parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are good. It is clean. It took 5 minutes to be called in. Everything is good and seems fine.

Referred from Coventry hospital 3 months ago to audiology, I was happy with the referral time. They have a drawing desk for children too.

We were referred from the doctor. It has taken 4 to 5 days to get an appointment for a dietician. It is quite busy and we have been waiting more than an hour. There has been no communication about how long the wait will be.

I was told to go to A&E as the doctor was on leave. They were really quick and told us we needed to see ENT which was a bit long winded but we haven't had to wait too long.
The care is always excellent at ENT

ENT have been very good with my daughter who has been having re-occurring ear infections. I can call them and they always fit her in. The care is always excellent. I can't fault them.

My daughter had an asthma attack. I took her to A&E at 6pm and she was seen by a doctor at 12AM. A very long wait with limited support.

My 12 year old son is under the eye clinic. They have provided excellent care. During covid there was a lapse in care but it's back to normal now.
