Parts of the service are improving but appointments are still very challenging.

I am happy with the care provided by the staff and GPs. The only issue I have is chasing test results.

The GPs are excellent but getting an appointment is very challenging. We have to wait for at least 3 days to see our GP.

You call at 8AM and they say there aren't any appointments left. They then book you in for two to three weeks later.

GPs rush and don't listen

Very difficult to get an appointment and the GPs do not listen to you. They just rush through everything.
Rude reception staff

The lack of appointments is the biggest challenge. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.
