Sent a referral on a 39 week waiting list

I went with a herniated disc. They said it would need an MRI scan and that would be a 39 week wait for the scan

I waited for 40 minutes in the queue yesterday for an injection. It was good and they apologised for the wait.

I can't get an appointment on the phone and always go in person to get an appointment. Sometimes I am lucky and get an appointment for the same day, otherwise I have to wait for 2 to 3 days.
