They look after you

Yeah, good. Good with people, they look after you.

Rubbish to get an appointment. I book by phone as its hard to use the online system.
Couldn't do enough for my husband

They couldn't do enough to help my husband. They sent out nurses regularly. They were excellent.
Unhelpful

They weren't helpful. They just sent us to the Children's for crisis support.
Referred quickly

I went to my GP as my carpal tunnel was getting worse. They got a referral sorted for me which didn't take too long. Good communication between the GP and hospital too.
Bad attitudes

Appointments, I can't get them. One of the staff has a bad attitude too. They have bad safeguarding policies and no working cameras. I ordered medication and they put it through late so I don't get it on time. They don't send you for tests.
Unacceptable attitude from staff

I was told that my referral letter from my doctor had been sent to my private health care supplier so I could sort my issue out, but it hasn’t
Awful appointments procedures

Although the doctors are great, the reception staff, or appointments procedure is infuriating - which is not helpful when already unwell.
I waited on the line for half an hour, got through at 9.20am and was then hung up on, waited another half an hour, finally got through and was asked dob, and why I called, to then be told there are no appointments.
It wouldn't be difficult to first not hang up on sick people, second have a message when calling stating there are no appointments!
No apology was given, I asked about making a complaint and was just given an apathetic response.
Absolute waste of my morning, that made me late for work.

I went with a herniated disc. They said it would need an MRI scan and that would be a 39 week wait for the scan

I’ve always found them to be a good personable service.
