Attwood Green Pharmacy

Often have to wait a long time to get prescription because the pharmacist is busy in a consultation or elsewhere. Sometimes no one bothers to attend the front desk to collect the prescription or complete purchases for ages. Was left waiting a long time the other day, they'd actually mislaid my prescription and not noticed. I was very unwell at the time which made it worse. Staff are very nice when they actually do speak to you, but that doesn't make up for how badly organised it is.

This pharmacy is a very friendly place to visit, and provides all the services you may need, including thorough medication reviews, flu jabs and contraceptive services. Things for sale in the shop are reasonably priced. The wait isn't too bad when collecting prescriptions that have already been issued by the doctor.
However their repeat prescriptions scheme is disappointing. They state they will order it for you automatically and text when it's ready to pick up if you're signed up to the scheme. I've used the scheme for several months, and only once received a text, and most recently rang to find out they hadn't ordered my prescription on time, leaving me without medication for several days.
