2 visiting rooms and bag search in public

Difficult to visit relative because there are only 2 rooms available for the whole site and families are forced to book well in advance. Our bags are searched in a public area, everything is taken out & everyone can see what you have. No privacy at all.

Thank you for the feedback. We understand the frustration due to our lack of space on this site. It is something we would like to improve upon. The security searches are a necessary intervention to ensure everyone's safety on our wards. We have recently increased our security at all sites but we are monitoring the service closely and we will ensure that our Security Manager receives this feedback and considers how we could do things differently.
