Healthwatch Birmingham is proud to present our annual report for 2021-2022, demonstrating our commitment to tackling health inequalities and our success in improving health and social care services for the people of Birmingham.

This report explores the experiences of 276 Solihull residents accessing GP services through technology, based on Healthwatch Solihull’s 2022 report Accessing GP Services via Technology. It highlighted barriers related to booking systems, clarity of information, and digital access. In response, Solihealth and local PCNs improved websites, appointment options, and patient engagement, leading to more flexible, inclusive, and user-informed services.

Healthwatch Solihull explored what support is available from self-harm services and how it impacts young people and their families.

Our response to the mental health and wellbeing plan consultation
