"Poor care prompted me to leave"
My experience at Yardley Medical Centre was poor. I could not get appointments or the medical attention I needed. I felt I had no option but to leave the surgery.

They responded quickly to my online inquiry and the doctors call you within 48 hours but it's a downfall for those who can't use the internet but I guess there are provisions for them. The GP is amazing too.
Receptionists can be a bit off. I ask them to make my appointment around my working hours which they can't do often. They are inaccessible to me and people who work.

Thank you for your review. Due to high demand, the Practice has commenced a triage system where you can telephone anytime between 0800-1830 and your clinical query will be dealt with and a face to face appointment appointment will be booked if required.

Limited or no appointments at all. Very difficult to see or speak to a GP. Always long delays for tests results.

Thank you for your review. However it is not accurate to state that there are no appointments available. Patients requiring appointments are booked for the same day, if not the next. To allow flexibility in the system and due to high demand Patients can now telephone anytime between 0800-1830 and your clinical query will be dealt with straight away and a face to face appointment will also be booked straight away if required. Very good, no issues for me or my son as they are also good with him too. We find them helpful, polite and we have never seen a bad doctor or member of staff ever.
I have recently changed my surgery. It's the most disorganised and mismanaged surgery.

The community midwife wasn't great as I felt like she didn't care that much and wasn't compassionate. The GP however is alright and he is nice. I manage to get appointments there but the midwife wasn't professional at all.
The service is good. They have a new set of doctors and they are better than the previous ones. They listen and provide information, explain everything, treatment is good. They make referrals whenever necessary and I am waiting for the hospital to message me an appointment. It is so easy for me to get appointments to see my GP. I just give them a phone call and I can get the same day appointment. The practice is good, all the staff are good.
Very good doctors and with getting appointments.
They don't give you appointments. The one time I needed one and they don't pick up the phone. It's terrible.

Very good
When you get the one doctor, he is rude. Never met someone who is as rude as him. Can get appointments when I want. When he's not work, the surgery is full of people.

I went there, he ended up asking me what I thought was wrong with me, he's meant to know. He's rude. The receptionists are alright.
