For over 1 year I have been having treatment the staff are efficient friendly and helpful they have been quick to highlight fistula problem and arranged rectification surgery via QE Hospital which has successfully carried out recently and overall very satisfied with my treatment at this centre.

"Avoid"

Do not offer much support. Nephrologist is seldom available. Can never seem to get my blood results. Always some holdup. The staff is great but they are not medical professionals so for most things they still have to phone the ambulance. No emotional support provided although promised. Advice given is generally bad.
