The dentist is always very thorough, she is caring and attentive.
I have been coming here for 4 years and I am very happy with the service, care and professionalism that is shown on every appointment. I am a nervous patient, and great care and reassurance is always given.
The dentist is very good. I had to cancel the appointment last minute and they said they'd rebook it for me. They're quite good.
I was sent by 111 when I knocked the door I was early 20 minutes I was told to wait out side by the Indian Guy at reception until my appointment time after a few minutes a man came that was a different ethnic back ground to me he was let in an told he could wait in the waiting area this was not covet restrictions it was either Islamophobic or he was a big headed prick the female receptionist an the actual Dentist were very polite an yes i knocked 30 seconds before my appointment time an still had to wait a few minutes before they let me in. its 2021 an we still have to deal with pricks like this after all we been through as a nation over the last year an a half. They have cctv so this can be verified unless it gets deleted.
Wisdom Dental Practice removed me as a patient from their Practice without consultation. I had been unable to visit the Practice during 2020 due to COVID restrictions and they used this as the reason for removing me. I am now left without a dentist as all other dentists are not taking new patients. Where is their duty of care?

Hygienist gave very good advice .
Not pleased with the Dentist .Her attitude towards my husband and myself in our opinion was unhelpful and unprofessional .They are local.practice which supports their local people .
