"A very good service - very helpful"

I attend for regular physiotherapy. It\'s a nice place and I have been attending for a long time because I am a double amputee. The staff are lovely and they have really helped me. One physiotherapist was very helpful and he helped me get carbon prostheses.

"Helpful at rehab"

Okay, they're fine. I go every 6 months and they're good. Staff and the service are helpful.

"I had to fight for a wheelchair"

Allocated an electric wheelchair. Long waits though, I waited 2 to 3 years. I really had to fight for years for it.

"Great patient care just one issue"

I cannot fault the care I received yesterday and during my last visit, I did have to wait to find a room to fit my new arm as a member of staff was doing office work in there, when the fitter questioned her, she said I’ll move, she didn’t and we went into another room across the way but then someone turned up to use the room we were in, I just think it is very unprofessional not really what a patient needs.

"Given exercises"

I was given some exercises to do. It's just delays to get real treatment.

I visited today and saw 3 clinicians they were very attentive to all that I shared, and were incredibly helpful.

"Always ask the same questions"

Shoes to support my feet. Book an ambulance to take me. Always ask the same questions often get the answers wrong. How many times must I ask the questions.

"What a disgrace!"

Since the early days of the pandemic this place may as well have shut down. Service has become non existent. Phone calls ignored. Check ups have long faded into obscurity. The term 'not fit for purpose' doesn't begin to cover it.
