August 6, 2025
Ambulance arrived within 29 minutes of me calling. On arrival at hospital it took more than 3 hours for me to be unloaded from the ambulance and taken inside the building.

The ambulance came out as I'm asthmatic and had panic attacks and anxiety. The staff were really helpful and calming. They decided I should go to hospital. They were calm with me too over the phone when I called. All the staff were brilliant.

They couldn't take me to hospital
July 15, 2025
I called as I was losing blood at 18 weeks pregnant. They asked how much and when I told them they said they wouldn't be able to do anything and couldn't get an ambulance out to me so I had to make my own way there.
Took a while to arrive
July 15, 2025
It took about 30-40 minutes to come out to me which is a bit long I think. They checked me at home and took me to hospital. I had to wait in the ambulance as there were no beds.

I called an ambulance for my daughter as she was having an asthma attack. The service was excellent. Quick response time, quick medication and quick diagnosis.
Gave her oxygen

Paramedics came out for breathing issues as she has COPD. She packed up smoking and she is worse off. They weren't as good as the last paramedics that came out for the same issue. They gave her oxygen and helped her out.
4 hours wait

I broke my arm after just getting over a stroke and I stayed the night on the floor as I didn't have an alarm to call for help. The carer found me and called for an ambulance. It then took 4 hours to arrive.
