Friendly, they're alright. It's easy to get appointments morning or afternoon. All the GPs I have seen have been good.
You can arrange an appointment over the phone and they will arrange a same day one for you.
The app doesn't work and then they make you call to book appointments. It is fine there and they will sort you out over the phone. They just need to get the app working so you don't have to wait long on the phone to book appointments.
Absolutely excellent. I rang them this morning as I couldn't go physically. I explained the issue over the phone and they prescribed antibiotics which was very helpful.
They're fine, it depends on the doctor as some are a bit old and they can't hear you very well. You have to talk up for them to hear you. If you need an examination you have to stand up as they can't bend down. The locums are good and listen to you.
They going to replace the nebuliser. This is very good. They send questionnaires by phone message but I don't know how to reply.

I tried booking an appointment but got the letter after the appointment and missed the appointment. I had to wait 11 months before getting another appointment. I was sent to another department instead of the dietary department.
GP is too old fashioned and never listens to you properly. Its very difficult to get appointment.

Very easy and efficient. My husband and I walked to the centre (1 mile away), had to wait some time but they are doing a good job, then walked home. Happy to combine a daily walk with our third jab.
Found it very easy , nearest was West heath Primary Care Centre . Went in for vaccination on time , had no reaction.
We contacted our own surgery on Hawkesley for Booster, they booked us in at West Heath Medical Centre job done in and out in no time.
