I struggled to get an appointment so I switched dentist. They would always cancel appointments and were no good.

Staff not helpful and poor treatment explanation.
My experience was that I think the dentist did not really help me with my problem, He suggested to input new teeth for me, but few months later the teeth drop off, I went back and made complaint about it, but the Midland Smile centre didn't care about. so eventually I left the centre and changed to different centre. It was wrong the dentist is only thinking of making money and not really help patient. you can contact me for the details.

My dentist has suggested Glass lonomer filling, but it's not necessary needed it, because I only have got very little tooth root and could't hold the filling, therefore, after few month the filling dropped off, so I have made a complaint, and nobody care about it. so I have left the centre since.
