Can wait a while for prescription

The pharmacy are okay but you can wait a long time. My husband's medication is delivered but I have to physically go to get mine. I'll order them to be put up and then get there and they're sometimes not there or haven't been sent over by the GP. So I have to go over to the GP to see what's going on.

Very good and helpful. Very good at listening to issues and letting us know if something unavailable medication wise and when they expect to get it in.
Prescriptions ready quickly.

Pretty good. They have medication ready within 5 to 10 minutes. They give help and advice on how best to take it too.

It was a good pharmacy but recently there have been a few new faces around. Stock has gone off the shelf. I don't know what they're doing. There is lack of communication.

Near my GP. Perfect. Really good. Brilliant at giving information when I had an insect bite above my eye. They were brilliant and referred me onto the walk in clinic.

They give good advice when I cannot see the GP or it's something they would know the answer to. They're good with medicine too not waiting long for prescriptions.

They're okay. Good. Medication is good and they give good advice when your not feeling well or can't get a doctor.
