"They're good"
They're good there. Cannot just walk in there but can get an a appointment.

I went for nebulisers but they wouldn't give them to me. They sent me to A&E.
Very busy and populated area so you have to wait up to 5 hours as they don't make appointments.
I go here if I can't get a GP appointment. It's okay.
It's a long wait there and very busy. The doctor takes a long time. Sometimes I have to go back to my GP which is useless.
They are good at giving urgent appointments and giving you medication on the day you see them. The staff listen to you and they get the help you need.
Always get an appointment that day or the next day when I go through 111. They are good and will help you and get you medication if you need.
Rude reception staff and so unhelpful.
No appointments, no help, no treatment.
It's busy all of the time but you are seen by a proper GP within 2 to 3 hours of waiting. They examine you properly and give medication. It's much quicker than A&E
They're good but shouldn't have to go there when I am registered with a GP. You wait hours to be seen and they don't know you or your history.
Have been a few times and they've been helpful especially with the kids. You just have to wait a bit of time to see someone which can be frustrating. But the doctors are great and always helpful
My mom recently came here and said it was really good. I think she saw a nurse practitioner but they were really thorough and they helped her. That's all that matters.
Little one had an ear infection and was sent there as they had an appointment at 8.30pm. They sorted out antibiotics for her and saw her quickly.
Really good, all the time they give us appointments. They treat us good. The doctor has looked after 13 years old daughter from the beginning. All staff nurses and doctors are good and very caring.
They were good when you could walk in with no appointment, but since Covid you need an appointment. There's no services that are available anymore so you end up going to the hospital or a pharmacy, its not good. They were so helpful but it's not there now.
Very good referred to the hospital quickly.
Rubbish, doctors refer me here but not a good service.
They say you need to make an appointment, You can no longer walk in. have to call them in advance, so I had to leave and try and get an appointment through NHS 111.
Since covid its not a walk in centre, you used to be able to walk in and see a nurse. Now its an appointment based service. It's not good and not helpful if you can't get a doctor appointment.
They fully investigate but don’t give anything if not needed. Sliding door to car park is very close to seating area. Child ran out into car park, fast and difficult to catch him in time. Good as can get appointments at the weekend. Rather than sitting in A&E for hours.
Lady at reception was unfriendly and abrupt.
Walk-in centre in very convenient. Sometimes better than my GP as the GP is very crowded most of the time. Late time appointment is available and not very crowded, so very good
Long waits in the afternoon. Need more doctors. Always one or two hours to be seen. Lots of people especially on Saturday and Sunday.
This centre is very nice & good.
I used to take my father-in-law, who at the time was 73, and experiencing a lot of pains, to this GP very often. Every time they would take a blood test they just said that if you don’t hear from us, you can assume that everything is fine. He kept going back, but the GP never did anything. His daughter, who is in Germany, then asked him to come over to Germany for medical examination. He had just been seen a GP at Washwood Heath seven days before he travelled. When he was examined in Germany, they found that he had lung and liver cancer, and about nine months to live. They also saw that he had a serious lack of vitamin D and calcium and even this was never mentioned by his GP in UK. Sadly he passed away as the cancer was found too late. We feel that maybe they didn’t take his examinations seriously because of his age. Now everyone in my family is scared and seeking treatment elsewhere.
During august 2018, I became very unwell. As my regular GP, could only offer me a telephone consultation with a nurse on the following day my husband took me to the nearest walk in centre. There we were greeted with a clean, bright building and very polite and friendly reception staff. We were directed to awaiting area. After a short wait I was called in to see a clinician in a consulting room. The consulting room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The clinician I saw was friendly, welcoming, professional and thorough. She diagnosed a "nasty dose" of tonsillitis and prescribed penicillin. The pharmacist on site filled the prescription in a friendly and efficient manner. Private care could not be better than this.
Had to access walk in clinic. GP booked up weeks in advance. Not able to access emergency appointment for antibiotics. Waited one hour at walk in centre.
Good Surgery with helpful staff
