I went there about 6 months ago with my son as he was having issues with his bowels. He was sent from A&E at Good Hope and they made the appointment to come here which was great. It was a bit late in the day but at least he was seen. The care was great and we were seen on time. My son was treated really well.
They were good. They looked at both of my kids and saw they had ear infections like I had said. They asked why I hadn't taken them to my GP, which I then had to explain that I couldn't get an appointment.
Really good. Went to them when I burnt my arm. They dressed the wound and were really good. Great staff and I was seen quickly. Brilliant service.
The woman said my blood pressure was so high it was dangerous. They said they couldn't prescribe me medication because it was an emergency. They sent me back to my own GP who said they had no appointments so I ended up going to Jockey Road GP, who helped me.
They're quite good actually. NHS 111 made me an appointment and then you go. They always sort me out, it's a good service.
After going to 111 online and being advised to see a GP , I decided to try the Walk in Centre @ Warren Farm , it being a Sunday .
What wonderful service I received .
The receptionist was very professional and treated me with respect
I was seen by a lovely nurse, who was also very professional.
She soon diagnosed my problem and issued a prescription
Knowing what the ailments mean, is half the battle.

Could not get help with alcohol. Wasted time wanted help and could not get it.
I am really happy with the walk in. I was seen on time and were good staff. I had an emergency and they saw me on the day
The waiting times are long, first thing in the morning is best. Treatment / care is good. The way they treated my daughter was good. Came here as getting into my GP is a nightmare.
My husband has used the walk in center quite frequently and found them very good, but they are slow in seeing patients.
The appointment system is very good, we get an appointment same day when we call early in the morning. We haven't had any problems with NHS.
UCC is good, Waiting time just depends on how many people are there.

I was seen at reception, greeted with a smile, not a long wait before I was seen by the doctor. I was treated well - all around good service.
