I have always had a fear of dentists. I previous negative and traumatic experiences in the past however I saw the dentist for an emergency root canal after seeing a different dentist I was referred to on 111. She was so calm, collected, explained everything really well and don't think she could have been better. The friendliness and compassion given to me during my appointments was so helpful and she managed to save my tooth and take away the pain She managed to give me NHS treatment so we saved a lot of money. The previous place I went to gave me 10 injections and tried to get into the tooth and it was so painful I thought I was being silly and that I just had to bare the pain but she explained about how she offered the nerve blocker in order to do treatment. All the risks and steps were explained really well and she calmed a lot of my anxiety.
I go for check ups. They're okay, very good. They check my teeth and clean them well.
My mother was given false teeth and told to return to get them adjusted. She went there and they refused to adjust them. She had to get an appointment with another dentist who was more compassionate. They need more training in customer service.
In the past I have been asked if I am on benefits before I could receive free treatment. I recently returned to them and informed them I am now on benefits. They got me an appointment straight away but no checks were done to prove that I was on benefits. They weren't as friendly either. Customer service should be consistent.
They're alright and give good advice. The staff are lovely there too. They can be helpful when you can't see a GP or nurse.
I have used them many times and am very happy for the great care provided.
The dentist there is good. They don't do weekend appointments because of NHS funding.

On Tuesday 3rd September i went to see the dentist because I had a dentist appointment with dr majid. When I arrived at the dentist surgery he checked my teeth and he said that my gums won't bleed at all and also he said that my teeth are really clean but can be a lot cleaner. He was really happy because I have allowed him to clean my teeth without moving his hands and without him controlling me all of the time. There's one thing which is still going according to plan and that not having my teeth taken out by Dr majid because he has got no right to take my teeth out even though they are damaged

The dentists are very polite and helpful. I had root canal and tooth extraction there. The dentist explained everything very well.
Ended up with an abscess in the tooth. They gave antibiotics but the same thing reoccurred and so they put a hole in it to see. They said it was likely to happen again and it was quite swollen and painful so they referred on.
Alright, they are better at giving advice and when ill they won't just send you back to a GP.
Excellent care provided by a very good dentist.
They're good. When you can get through to them and speak to them. You end up having to go in, in the end. The care and treatment is good though.
Really nice dental practice. The car park is a bit small and sometimes it is hard to park. I use a taxi instead sometimes.
Long waiting list for appointments, we can’t get them. Really needed an appointment and they would not see us so had to go private.
They're alright I suppose. They kept trying to take a tooth out, tried for 20 minutes and left me in agony. They prescribed me antibiotics but only enough for 3/4 days but the pain didn't subside.
Easy to register they gave me a form. They asked if I needed an appointment too. They were very helpful.

Make you wait for ages. Made me wait an hour just to be seen.

My dentist and doctor ae very good. all services in my area are great and can’t ask for more.
There is no need to give my feedback because we have done it several times but no change has happened. My dentist gives no appointment for other reasons, I don’t know why. Waiting lasts for long when I go to my dentist.

They don't give you treatment if you are not private patient.

Absolutely atrocious, I pay for my treatment. I expect my treatment done on site but they don’t do certain treatments. So end up getting referred to Dental Hospital. Could have gone there myself.
