Hit or miss, think it's the communication between the mental health team. It takes up to 3 times to get them and days waiting. Not ideal when you need medication.
I get Prozac from them and they're quite good at dispensing my medication. The staff are nice and friendly in there.
I use Walmley Pharmacy regularly and find them very good.
I went there for dressings and they ordered some as they didn't have any in stock, they called me when they had them arrive.

I have used pharmacy first scheme here. It was helpful. They prescribed me medication from my symptoms. They also tell you to go to a GP when they feel you need it or even hospital.
I had to pick prescription up from here as it was sent here by mistake.

I went here for my flu vaccination; they were very good and very helpful when I need to pick up my medication.
The staff have gone out of their way to help and support patients during the pandemic. Due to my hearing loss trying to understand what is being said is made even more difficult with people having to wear masks but the staff have always made the effort to make sure I could understand what they were saying without me feeling belittled.

Answer: Walmley pharmacy delivery. Ashfield surgery contacted to adjust meds which was done promptly without an appointment and they sent script to pharmacy which was delivered the same day. Excellent.
