The GPs are okay. At least I manage to get appointments. Seeing different GPs affects the care given.
Lack of appointments. Every time you call there are no appointments.
They call me all the time even when I don't need them. They call me for mental health checks because I'm above 50. They give me no medication but offered counselling. They contact me so much I ignore their messages because I know I'm healthy and I don't want bad news from them.
Couldn't get an appointment so I had to go to the pharmacy and get over the counter medication and painkillers. I'm going to change my GP as I'm not happy with them.
Been trying to get an appointment since December. I keep calling but there aren't any spaces. They say they will call but they don't at the time they say they will and then miss the call and it all has to start all over again. When I go in they say to go to emergency. I can't get any advice and have a vitamin deficiency.
They need training on how to talk to patients. They don't talk to us very well, they have a bad attitude.
Always fully booked when you call for an appointment. The lines are always engaged or redirected. Can only call at 9am or 4pm. There are no female doctors available. There isn't an online booking system either. When you do get an appointment it's two weeks later. It's a poor service.
You don't get appointments, when you do they're brief. It's very busy so they don't listen. You call and there aren't any appointments. I use the NHS app and they read it they think you need an appointment.

Staff are helpful, it's the waiting times that are the issue.
I can easily get same day appointments and the staff are very kind and friendly.
I went to my GP about a stye in my eye and they said they thought it might be cancerous and would refer me to Ophthalmology department at Solihull. The surgery is good and you can get appointments.

Hard to get through for myself and my 3 kids. Can take weeks or months to get through. Have to ring at 9am or 2pm to get an appointment then it's telephone only. When you get through they refuse to make appointments and only want to deal with one issue at a time. Means you have to book double appointments which aren't available. They're very rude sometimes, they need to change something, it's unprofessional. Been waiting 2 years for cyst removal from finger. It's not fair, it's got worse. They put the wrong address on the referral for appointment and said I did not attend although I had the evidence. They took me off the skin clinic in Handsworth.

This practice really needs to train their receptionists to be more professional and to stop treating patients so poorly. Clearly a lot of the feedback is the same and nothing is done to improve this.

The general care aspects of patients by GPs is missing. As if they're only concerned with seeing as many patients as possible. The visits and checkups are very short and not detailed. I would be better if the GPs actually cared about their patients they would be able to save a lot of lives.
