"Not their fault"

Had to wait a few days for medication because of it being a controlled drug. They do their best but if he goes without medication it can upset him. It's not their fault.

"Variable service. Depends which staff serve"

Cannot get through via phone - they cut you off. No email to contact by. I have quite a journey to get to them and often have to go multiple times to pick up drugs. This costs me transport. If I can't get thru via phone to check if my drugs are ready - I am left with no drugs. If drugs are not in stock - they don’t tell me this. This week I've been once and picked up drug. They wouldn't check if my other prescription had come thru electronically, It had been sent from the Drs the day before. And now I will have to make another journey to see, when it may be ready - as they are not answering phone, despite phoning numerous times. I have no drugs - and my symptoms are affecting me. I cannot take over counter alternative.

"Pretty good"

Pretty good and deliver to me when I need my prescriptions. They let me know when it's ready.

They provided excellent support and help with the delivery of medication to my brother during his cancer treatment.

"Poor communication"

This pharmacy used to be the best in the area but more recently they seem unable to cope efficiently with the workload. They have no system to advise customers when a prescription item is out of stock and offer no advice on alternatives. Since the phone line is rarely answered I have had to visit the pharmacy to find out why items have not been delivered. The system for checking the status of prescriptions is chaotic with staff flicking through piles of paper prescriptions. These problems are made worse by some staff who have very poor language skills and give incorrect information rather than saying they don't know and referring queries to other more skilled staff.

"I get my prescriptions delivered to me"

Very good. I have repeat prescriptions. I can order them online or straight from the doctor and they deliver them. With them being independent when there are shortages of medication they can often get them.

"Never answers the phone"

Tried about 20 times to find out where an urgent prescription was. No answer and no facility to leave a voicemail

"No one answers the phone"

Phone keeps ringing out have rang numerous times this week with no answer.

"They are brilliant"

Nicest pharmacy , will deliver emergency medication and can recommend meds when the kids are ill. They answer any questions I have, they are brilliant.

Need to have some one answering the phone . Or employ someone to do just this job.

"This was really upsetting"

My daughter was prescribed 40mg of her ADHD drug by the adhd nurse. This was sent to the pharmacy but was just placed to one side after saying that they would not prescribe it as the drug only came in 20mgs so the correct prescription should say 2x20mg. However they contacted the adhd team and then left it for over a week with no contact to the person it was prescribed to. When I asked the adhd team they said that they have tried to resolve it by contacting the pharmacy and even told me that it would be ready today however when I got there I was told that there was no contact and that they would not accept their prescription. The thing that upset me the most was just the lack of contact and when I asked why the pharmacist shrugged his shoulders and said that wasn’t his job or problem. This was really upsetting. He continued to argue that I had to go back to the adhd team and that it wasn’t his problem even when I asked what to do now. When my husband tried to call to make a complaint he said the same things and would not listen. His argument was that it wasn’t his job to contact the adhd team or us and that we would be left without information or a prescription wasn’t his problem. I am appalled at the lack of care and thought that this was dealt with. I feel it is a very cavalier attitude to have with someone’s health.

"Superb prompt service"

Superb prompt service with friendly people - could not want for better.
