Can’t get an appointment since Covid, they won’t see you face to face. The doctor won’t see me because I was under ROH. Some receptionists are so rude.
No problem with GP practice. I am able to get appointments and prescriptions send to pharmacy all the time.
This is a single doctor practice & I feel listened to and heard when I speak to Dr. I feel she puts the patient before budgets. This was very different from my experience at previous practice/s.
I got an allergy before. I gave them a phone call in the morning about 9am and they immediately arranged a time slot for me.
