"They're excellent"
They're really good. I came out with a rash and called them at 8am. They gave me an appointment at 9:20am the same day. They're excellent.

The doctors and nurses are great. They're very very helpful and work hard. I could not say one bad word against any of the ones I've seen. The only downside is the management of the practice and the inconvenience and palaver it takes to make an appointment! Up until the Covid era you could book an appointment in advance without any problems. This is all going back about 5 years ago. But ever since then you CANNOT make future appointments! Covid is over now so why is this silly system still in place! If you need an appointment you have to call between 8:45-9:00 or 13:45-14:00 in order to make a same day appointment! This is very inconvenient because it means because everyone is scrambling in to make an appointment you can't necessarily get through in time to speak to the reception to secure an appointment and it becomes a mere game or luck!! It's ridiculous! I complained a few times about this to the practice about this silly procedure but they have done nothing. It doesn't appear to me to whoever is in charge really wants to assist the public. Therefore who does procedure benefit? Furthermore you can't even book online either!
I have only had two or three negative experiences here during this time and have found two doctors that I trust entirely with my health. They have fantastic medical knowledge, are down to earth and approachable, they listen to you, and they care. They ask questions and explain why they are asking and the importance of it. If you can find a doctor like this who knows and values you, it is often the key to keeping yourself healthy and happy under the NHS.
I contacted them as he was acting strange and they called me back and said they would get him referred onto hospital which they did. They arranged it so we wouldn't have to wait.
I can book appointments easily with them. They only offer over the phone appointment booking, but it is okay. I have only been two times so far but they are good.
They're very good. Completely good and completely satisfactory. I can get appointments. They're good. The doctors are kind and staff are very good.
The GP is very good and it's easy to get appointments. They listen carefully and they solve the problem.
I don't like the appointment system and I have to get a same day appointment which isn't always convenient but can be sometimes good if urgent. I went to six separate appointments and they gave me three different medicines to try. Only 1 worked. The waiting time was fine. It was expensive trying so many different creams.
I had an experience when I went with a lump in my eye and they said it was always going to be there. That wasn't helpful.
It was good. I went due to constant headaches. I get a different GP every time I go. The last one I got told me about what I can do about the headaches. Told me to take painkillers.
Calling at 8:30am can be tedious and they don't have an online system. You can't use the NHS app to book either.
They have the occasional problems and I have to argue with them.
My first name has two parts to it so it made registering difficult at first but then the receptionist sorted it. I haven't had to use them yet.
A good GP. Everything was perfect when I last went for an appointment. The GP was attentive.
The best experience I have ever had. I called them up Christmas and gave me an same day appointment and I had to get blood tests too. They said it could take up to a week for the results and then I called them and they went through the results. So far so good. I have no qualms.
Very helpful with my problems and headaches.
I called them for an appointment and they made me fill in an online form. They then gave me one for a few days later. They switched my pill for me and weighed me, did blood tests and then got prescribed. It was really good and a helpful service. I was also given 6 months worth which was great.
I can get appointments and help and support is available all of the time.
It's good for me. I can get same day appointments.
They are much better than other GPs around. They give you appointments and listen to their patients.
I was diagnosed with depression at the age of 21 and immediately prescribed antidepressants. 3 GPs over the course of a year prescribed antidepressants without informing first about psychotherapy. Since medication did not get to the root of problem I was left for years not knowing what psychotherapy was. If the waiting lists for psychotherapy were too long, they should have provided me the the correct advice and strongly advised me to seek a professional Psychotherapist privately. I understand GPs have 10 minutes per patient and do not have sufficient time and psychotherapy skills To assess patients. But they should be giving the general public the correct advice. I get the impression the had a knowledge deficit about dealing with depression and anxiety. The first doctor claimed that prescribing prozac in America was very common and had no problem with prescribed this medication to me in England even though it has side effects.
The doctors were awful in helping me recover with my addiction, the mental health service lag is also horrendous causing detrimental effects.
I am a highly satisfied patient. The care provided by my GP is second to none.
Quite good. Appointments can take a long time, they make you wait. A very good GP when you do get to see him though.
It's hard to get appointments. The staff have changed and management. It's okay.
I see a different GP every time. It took them 3 months for a referral to the hospital. I call them for appointments and I can't get one.
The GP prescribed a cream to apply in January and when I went to reorder it they had no recollection of the order and had to get it prescribed again.
Sent to City very quickly. They are very good GPs and helpful.
It's a very busy practice but still able to get an appointment when needed. The GPs, nurses and the reception staff are all friendly and helpful.
They are obligated to talk to you about mental health but don't really help you. I feel like nobody there will tell you what to do or point you in the right direction for appropriate services.
It’s very easy to get an appointment with them. See whoever is available. Had a few emails and texts after being referred.
I called them. Referred through GP. It’s fine.
Good service, difficult to get through to them on the phone. I often have to call on several days as by the time you get through, all the appointments have gone and you are told to call them again. It can take over 4 days to get an appointment sometimes.
No problem accessing them and getting an appointment, they will see me and I can get appointments with them.
They are very good and keep me informed about everything, even during Covid.
Good doctor. Get appointments and make blood tests. Something bite me and he helps very good.
Little bit harder to get through to them. Could get appointment once get through, face to face or over the phone.
They are good. Can get appointments both face to face and on phone. I go for phone appointments.
Haven't spoken or seen my named GP only the trainee, admin staff very bad in answering the phone. Removed all my past medication from my record which I feel it should not be removed as they are part of my record. I have been with practice since the 90s the service gone bad to worse. Very sad to see the practice service worsening.
I've had the same GP for 11 years, during the pandemic everything changed. Its difficult to get appointments and I feel like I need to go to hospital to see someone face to face.
The experience is welcoming and I feel supported, however, waiting times can be difficult especially if you need repeat prescriptions. I feel this practice is more inclusive than others.
Was very good but almost impossible to see a doctor now. Phone appointments scarce and late
An excellent service: friendly helpful reception staff and very knowledgeable empathetic GP's and nursing staff.
Surgery is a pleasant place but the booking service is very strange. If you need an appointment you have to call at 9am or 1.30pm. Even if you need an emergency one. I was also told I may have a blood clot and got to go straight to A&E when there was nothing wrong other than tendonitis.
Waiting times sometimes excessive. Cannot book appointments in advance on the week. Doctors have been good. Poor locum doctor who did not write letters he told me he would. Didn’t write any handover notes. Have, however, had positive experiences with regular doctors here.
very good service and easy to get appointments
Very helpful. Willing to listen when unsure what it is that is wrong and take the time to explain.
Clean, waiting times are good, treatment explanation is good, quality of care and staff attitudes are good.
Very friendly GP's and almost always get an appointment the same day. Very friendly welcoming staff. Appreciate treatment provided.
I went for various vaccinations - were helpful
Excellent GP for getting appointments. Well qualified and experienced staff. I had a heart condition and swollen feet - got an emergency appointment. Husband's behaviour changed and GP was supportive. Husband answered all questions perfectly. Seen in January and team came to our home to do an assessment. Diagnosis came in April so took a very long time. Looking back he should have had a CT scan at the time. I would have been more informed about his condition and how bad the situation was. He had had two mini strokes and we didn't know that.
I also took out home insurance to care for him at home but if we had had full diagnosis I might have made different decisions.
GP was wonderful, but I just wish I had more information about what to ask and what my/our rights were to make more informed decisions.
