It was busy but I was seen quicker than I expected. Lovely nurses, excellent customer care. Came for my regular contraception (injection) and got it without the problems I’ve experienced at other clinics. Best experience I’ve had at a sexual health clinic.

As the wife was very nervous she was put at ease but the staff.
The doctor was so understanding and took time to calm and reassure the wife. I would like to thank her for her patience and professionalism.

I went there for STD & HIV screening and they were good. They provided interpreter. Than they send me letter saying all is negative , I got worried and went back and they explained all is ok.
You do have to go early to get an walk in appointment, and wait a little while, but it’s the same at any clinic. The staff were all lovely and caring and went beyond what they needed to do, had a lovely conversation. I’m a woman and my appointment was with a man, but it was never awkward or invasive, it was a relaxed environment
Was told by staff (in person) that the clinic would be open 02/06/2022.
Clinic was closed, 10-12 people were left waiting for services with no indication of closure (no signs or notices, boots staff were unaware). Others had been told over the phone that the clinic would be open.

Spent ages calling and phone wasn't answered!
First off, the wait time is just ridiculous! The clinic waiting room was pretty much empty and yet I still had to wait half hour to be seen. Once called in, turned out it was with a male dr (I always request a female dr due to personal preference) and then i had to go back to waiting for another 20 minutes. Once i was called up again i was told that my partner was under any circumstances not allowed to come in. I was only there for the same pill i always take, at the same clinic, with the same partner. After telling the nurse, he does have my full consent and i wont be discussing anything he doesnt already know. Took another ten minutes of arguing. Finally got seen and all sorted. Just a long and stressful experience all in. Its like this with every visit. Poor experience.
Useless zero customer service.
they were very good and they made sure that i understood my options and I was well informed about the choices.
