An excellent service with very helpful nurses. I have used them many times.
They let us know about the small pox and monkey pox vaccines that they were offering them. I had the first vaccine in August an the second in December. But it was well organised.
The Prep clinic at the Birmingham LGBT Centre run by Umbrella is nothing short of disorganised chaos. Appointments never run on time, staff don't seem to know what they're meant to be doing, and it usually takes the receptionist to organise them. One senior male nurse who is usually there does his best to keep it running smoothly, but if he's not there it all goes downhill.
