A staff member was thorough and smiling and always helpful whenever I visited Kings Heath pharmacy
Really good, really nice and really helpful. Most of the time they have the medication in stock.
Very good. Last time I started a new medication they gave me a call to check everything was good and I wasn't having any problems with it.
Very good. I go there for injections.
Very fast. Very helpful when you can't get an a GP appointment.

Not very good and sometimes not very helpful. Sometimes don’t have the medicines. They are alright people but sometimes not helpful.
They are brilliant in prescribing me abx and I was able to pick it up the same day. They let me if they don’t have something and when they think it will be ready.

I recently transferred from another pharmacist in Kings Heath and in comparison Twilight are excellent, one of the staff even helped me put the medicines in my bag.
Good experience, polite and made me feel at ease when removing wax build up.
