"Very good"
Very good appointments, not my usual practice, easy to find and get to as it's not my usual GP and referred to BMEC the same day.

They're okay, they got me referred on for surgery with ENT. They're on the ball and very good.
I struggle to reach them and make appointments. About two weeks ago I had a missed call from them and I was confused as I hadn't called them. When I finally reached them they said they had called to say the prescription was ready which I thought was such an odd thing.
I’ve been sent for a scan as in serious pain in my stomach. NHS app report made no sense so booked a doctors appointment as pain is severe the doctor was flippant and rude and made me feel like I’m going mad.
Problems getting appointments online. They don't put many out and don't give many.
They are good at referring to other services. They have referred me to ENT and physiotherapy.
They tell you that you have to book over the app and the reception cannot help you. The app doesn't work it tells me the info they have doesn't match. The app doesn't work and it's frustrating and takes so long. It isn't even relevant questions that they ask. It needs to be made simpler for people to be able to access it.
Very hard to get an appointment. I spend ages on the phone trying to get through to them.
The best Dr practice! The doctors are amazing doctors. Never had an issue, ok you have to ring at 8am and can be hard to get through but if persistent you will get through. All surgery's with NHS patients are like this. The care is top notch and worth the persistence. I will always and only say great stuff about thus surgery after moving from a bad one and seeing how great this one is ran! Trust me I give it a 10/10
Appointments times in the morning are so hard to get through to book. I wouldn't mind if it was online. I mean they do have the service but not any appointments when you do go on there.
I don't think it is too good at the moment. They seem to have stopped doing face to face appointments. I can't seem to get a future appointment. I can call at 8am but I won't necessarily get through to make an appointment. They restrict the appointments to only ask questions about one thing. I realise time is limited but the whole system needs reorganising.
The GP is very good. During last winter there were no antibiotics because of the shortage due to scarlet fever. So the GP wrote a prescription for both liquid or tablets and put a note to say if liquid was not available to give tablets. She is so clever.
Here we go again. I am now going to have to visit the surgery to get an answer I could have got online but cant find the relevant section
Haven’t seen them in 6 months, no option to go down and see them. It’s so difficult to get an appointment. I need to see the GP so that I can get my hearing aids from hospital but it’s so difficult to contact them.
When you get to see them they're really good. They asked me to take picture of the skin cancer I had on my face and then when they got the pictures, asked me to come in. They burnt the skin cancer off. 6 weeks after the procedure they phoned me to ask how it was healing and I said it looked a mess. The doctor sent a picture to another consultant to take a look at . But I think he only done that because they know each other. I also think the doctors use a prescriptive level of diagnosing. They diagnosed me with Chronic Kidney Disease off a blood test. If you are diagnosed with a chronic disease, shouldn't they not want to do further tests to see why.
Not being able to get through, long waits and being cut off.
It has been virtually impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor at this practice since the pandemic. If you ring to make an appointment, you have to start at 8 in the morning and are invariably number 50 in the queue. I have managed to see a doctor once in the last 18 months.
GP’s when seen give good advice. Seem reluctant to offer person to person sessions, want to stick to telephone consultations. Main issue is length of time to book an appointment when you have to hold on phone. Usually at least an hour. Impossible from work. Second issue is unavailablity of future appointments, only ever booksble same day Another issue is prescriptions. Honestly I have no idea where to go to get a repeat prescription. Can’t telephone for one. For me I live close so I drop mine down but how I would do it otherwise I have no idea. It’s a mystery
Long time to answer calls. 72nd in queue. Doctors say they will call back but will not give a time so if you miss call it's tough !
Can't always get through to make an appointment. When able to speak to them to get an appointment after being on the phone 30 minutes or more told no appointments available. When having an appointment it's nearly always with a doctor I've not seen before and can never get an appointment with the main doctor. Some doctors are better than others. One doctor diagnosed one thing but when I went to see another doctor I was sent for test which proved something else.
Appalling service. Long queues on the phone. Make elderly people with appointments stand outside in the rain while rude receptionists lock the door and switch off the buzzer
Excellent practice wide range of services Some times a small wait when phoning but nothing to stressful
A good practice offers a full range of services in the group , can be a small wait when phoning but nothing too strenuous.
Superb and attentive GPs and Nurses . However responsiveness to telephone calls and queuing so much worse sine they joined and became SCCH. Would have been 5 stars prior to merger.
It's ok. I've never actually met my gp which considering I have a chronic progressive condition I think is a bit odd. I often have trouble getting through on the phone which is frustrating. I have Babylon gp through work which I tend to use whenever I can as at least I can get an appointment without spending hours on the phone.
In the last two years I have seen a Mark improvement in the service I have recieved.
Excellent, always get an appointment and they're not reluctant to refer or prescribe when necessary.
Triage, telephone service, f2f appointment.
Trying to get 5 times through to organise a flu jab fir my daughter who has a heart condition and been missed of the list. It took 5 calls over 4 hours waiting time and 4 weeks to get the appointment.
Dreadful. Can't get through on the phone. Kept on hold for half an hour then got cut off. Then eventually spoke to a doctor who I had never heard of.
I have regular chest infections, almost impossible to get an appointment face to face. I feel that is needed. But because some is my symptoms are similar to covid no one will see me. I’m isolating I know I haven’t got covid .
